Neighborhood Health (NH) offers COVID-19 vaccines in our Annex Building, every Monday and Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM (closed for lunch break from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM). COVID-19 vaccines are offered at our Elizabeth location (E-port), every Friday from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM. NH offers COVID-19 testing in our Plainfield location (across the street on Rock Ave.), every Monday and Wednesday from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM.

NHSC receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Heath Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice, for itself and its covered individuals.
